AS-IS HDTV Tuner

Hello, I just brought a Samsung TS-160 HD Tuner from a Seller that was selling alot of tuner for higher bidder. When i won the item, i paid via money order and 10 days later, i got the box but it was DOA but worse, It was AS-IS (No Remote, Manual or Cables) and Refub. But it did now work and Worse, No Refund. I am writing this review to tell people that what you see is not want to get. Be Careful of what you buy from Closeout Stores. Thank you
