How to clean a dirty microwave fast!

I've found through the years, the fastest way to clean a filthy microwave. After cleaning hundreds of them, the best technique is to spray them down lightly, and then turn the microwave on for 40 seconds. Then, voila! Wipe all the crud off! Just keep in mind, don't spray into the vents or light areas,if in existance.
