H-22, H-25, H-30, H-35 ENGINES
head bolt: 140-200 in. lbs.
connecting rod: 65-75 in. lbs.
side cover (clutch side): 65-110 in. lbs.
flywheel nut: 30-33 ft. lbs.
magneto assy: 40-90 in. lbs.
intake to block: 72-96 in. lbs.
carb to intake: 42-72 in. lbs
HS- 40, HS-50 ENGINES
head bolt: 140-200 in. lbs.
connecting rod: 80-95 in. lbs. (90 in. lbs. prefered)
side cover (clutch side): 65-110 in. lbs.
flywheel nut: 30-33 ft. lbs.
magneto assy: 40-90 in. lbs.
intake to block: 72-96 in. lbs.
carb to intake: 42-72 in. lbs.
H-50, H-60, H-70 ENGINES
cyl head: 140-200 in. lbs.
connecting rod: 86-110 in. lbs.
side cover (clutch side) 65- 110 in. lbs.
flywheel nut: 30-33 in. lbs.
magneto assy: 40-90 in. lbs
carb to intake: 48-72 in. lbs.
